You will need: Foam balls, twelve or so foam blocks, and cones

How to play: Two teams are on opposite sides of the playing area with a cone line in the centre. The blocks are set up in a line of six or so on either side. Additional cones are used to mark out a defending zone about one foot in front of the blocks. The object of the game is to use foam balls to knock down the other team’s blocks before all of yours gets knocked down. If you accidentally knock over your own team’s block it stays down.

Modifications:

  1. Adjust the distance of the blocks in relation to the centre line to increase or decrease difficulty.
  2. Challenge players to throw with only their non-dominant hand
  3. Add a larger item alongside the blocks that is an ‘automatic win’ if it is knocked over
