Stretching and Breathing
You will need: An open space.
How to play: Guide participants through static or dynamic stretches. Have participants take deep breaths as they move through a variety stretches.
Modifications:
- If participants struggle balancing in standing stretches, choose stretches where they are seated
- To increase difficulty focus on stretches where participants stand on one leg or are inverted (i.e. downward dog)
- Utilize the wall or peers to assist with balance while stretching
